when i put a gasket on my cluch case and tighten down all my bolts and kick over my engin the kick start stays down but then when i loosen the bolts around the kick start the kick start comes back. so i dont know wut to do, i might just leave the bolt loose at the top and put locktight on them. someone please help me

 

I wouldn't leave the clutch cover loose, because more than likely you will leak oil. I would venture to say that your kick start return spring is not seated in the center case correctly.
