How many of y'all are plannin' on gettin' the new Quadracer after checking out the official specs on. Looks like an incredible machine to me! After a few months of being released and people put some race time on them, if no major problems arise, I think my R will be in the cycletrader! Whether you ride a Honda, Yami, Bomb, Kawi, or Polaris you've got to respect Suzuki for coming out with such a radical machine.

My R may also have to go if I like the 'zuki. It sure is great to have so many choices on the market from all the manufacturers!!

Good. While all those suckers sell their 450Rs and 250Rs at a loss, I will be scanning to find a nice 250R at a bargain price. Sorry, I can't see paying $7000+ for a new quad, but I have no problem picking up a nice used one for $3000+ for the late, great TRX250R, a classic after all these years. The people that rush out every couple years to get the newest hot ride tend to lose money every time, doesn't take a genius to see where that gets you.

I respect that position. But 3 grand ain't gonna get you a competition ready TRX250R (at least not where I live). Rs that aren't even as modded as mine cost around $5,500 - $6,000 where I live. I wouldn't take any less than 6 grand for mine....and that would be a quick sale.

Go to atvscene.com. But your looking at 10 inches of travel up front with 10.9 in the rear, a 49 inch width, 368 pounds and 18' tires in the rear from the factory. Not an ideal setup for woods riding, but I bet they'll sell.

well im getting a 250r in a couple of weeks as soon as i can get enough money to make the trip but im thinking ill probley end up selling it for the new ltr450 depending on how i like it, does anyone know what the ground clearence is? and if i do get one im planning on getting a smaller axle and smaller arms and shocks but i will keep all the rest of the stuff for racing. Atv scene said that abunch of gncc riders are going to be doing that to the ltr450

I think I know the formula for getting CC from bore and stroke. So if you take there 96.6 X 62.8 it comes to 460.26165cc. Now I know the specs just came out and might be a mistake, but 460cc won't be good for the 450 class. The formula is bore X bore X .7854 X stroke right?
