Default Customizing a 1999 Quad Runner 500

I have a 1999 Suzuki Quad Runner 500 with some front Grab Bar Damage. I have contacted a Machine Shop and they are willing to fabricate new Mounts to replace the torn off ones on the frame around the Radiator.

Now here is my issue.

A friend just purchased a 2005 Vinson 500, and this weekend I assisted him with installation of his Winch. I made the comment about how I really like the look of the front of his ATV (the grab bar and covers on his new Vinson ATV). He suggested since I have to have a modification done to my frame, why not place the new Vinson Grab Bar and Covers on my Existing Quad Runner. The only other modification I see needing is the relocation of the front lights (if I decided to mount them again), I can modify the brackets to have them mounted using the front rack holes.

I was hoping the cost of the new parts would help me decide. No such luck the New parts for a 2003/2005 Vinson 500 to add the upgraded front end is a few bucks more than just replacing with a new Quad Runner Grab Bar.

One of the things I really like is the way the Winch Mount on the New Looks! I know this is a Dumb Question, as I should just replace the ATV, but it still runs great and I have had zero problems with the Quad Runner! And MOST Importantly, Its PAID FOR!

What would you do? also, has anyone done this?
