Exhaust tip ?
#2
Hey,
What I did was took my end cap off and and put it in a vice. Next I sawed the spark arestor off with a hack-saw. Then I tookt he drill and put a small drillbit in big enough to drill inbetween the insert tube and the outter shell. I drilled about 13 holes around it and broke 2 drillbits in the process. The area left inbetween holes I would drill and slide the drillbit around. Then I took a solid metal pipe big enough to cover the insert and hit it with a hammer and that insert eventually popped out. I was left with jagged pieces of medal all around, so I took the high speed air dremel tool with a grinding tip and grinded it all smooth perfectly as big as it goes. I liked the difference in sound and no I didnt rejet. Ive been on a few trips since and no problems.
