I finaly got the breaklight working on my king, it took about a week and a half to get the switch in fron parts unlimited. But I gotta tell ya for only 8 bucks total investment it looks really nice. The switch came with a spring also so that was one less trip i had to do.And it was the right length also, i didnt even have to mess around with changeing the lenght of it. And I only have about an hour invested in the whole thing. So thanks again for the idea to do thins mod. Btw i found a hydro switch for the front breaks also with parts unlimited, i think that switch was under 10 bucks too.

I would love more information on the front brake switch. Could you email me with it so we don't tie up the forum.

Thanks

its just a pressure switch that goes in the break line, i saw it in the parts unlimited dirt bike catalog. its not in the atv catalog. It might be a bit before i get to it, i got a winch coming, and im presently painting my racks with bed liner paint, so far so good, later, Rob

hi Rob, don't mean to rush you but how's that winch and painting stuff going? How's it looking for installation of that front brake thing you were talking about? Just curious. Don't beat me up... :0)

well ive been a busy guy here in the last week, ive gotten rear break light working,( did it for 8 bucks). i just got done doing the start in gear mod, cig lighter plug(marine grade),and im now working on the winch installation. I did get to paint my winch mount with the bed liner paint and i got it out in the mud, all i can say is why didnt i do this earlyer? Now i I know its only been out one time but i do love the deep mud and I was in it for awhile and it looks just like it did wright after i painted it, so far so good, i think im going to put the plastic back on the king for so i can go out with it this weekend im im going to order the switch for the front breaks maybe tommorow, so ill keep ya all how it comes out, later, Rob

Gentlemen, Please tie up this forum with your details. That's sort of how we all share information. It also keep the forum alive.

Lift kit? You're going after a lift kit to do what, raise the frame or just the plastic. Not being smart. Just tryin' to learn something...

I got 'cha, Robh. Good luck... I spent the day riding my three year old grandson around the backyard while witerizing some of the other equipment my wife has. :0)
This week I will be working on some alterations to my KQ, aquired from a very capable mechanical/ electrical genius. Sounds like you both have a lot to offer. Hope Suzuki's watching...
