Kawasaki has over 2500 more, Honda and Polaris have about twice as many, and Yammi has over three times as many.

Reliablilty issues.
Somehow I dont think that's the case with the Hondas. And cannondale has had many more reliability issues than most other bikes.

03 z problems, vinson manual issues, KQ reverse, and a few more issues have certainly boosted the zuki forum thread count.

Zuki makes some great machines, but they definately have their share of flaws too.
