Default SMOKING king quad rebuild

The dealer got the go ahead from suzuki canada to rebuild the engine, new cylinder piston rings ect, whrn nobody knows because of lack of parts. Why won't they give us a new engine.I do not trust the mechanics to do a good job. I'm sure this is the first king quad engine rebuild for this dealership. Why don't we all get together and sue suzuki for this problem. I don't know if the rebuilt motor are getting a different air filter or not. Maybe suzuki will give it a Kawasaki filter as they probably couldn't design there own. Totally pissed of at suzuki. I'll never buy suzki again.

Suzuki is no different than any other manufacturer of quads/motorcycles etc. Most of the units built are built very well but some have problems. The warranty usually covers the repairs or replacement and this is at the manufactures discretion as is specified in the warranty.
It's too bad you had an engine go but if the manufacture rebuilds your engine under warranty that's as good as it gets.
You should have no problem letting the dealer do the work as most mechanics (and home mechanics) are quite capable of rebuilding an engine as it's not rocket science.
Just my thoughts
Good luck with the rebuild.
