Default Looking for big bore kit for eiger

I have an 02 eiger with 5000 miles on it. Needless to say the engine is getting weak and I am desperately looking for a big bore kit for it. I would buy a new 700 but I like the handling of the eiger and with a lift kit and big tire kit I can get around as good as the big boys. My only prob is the power disadvantage. If anyone has info. on a site or way to put a big bore kit together Please let me know. Thanks.

Yeah right, good luck. The Suzuki Eiger has to be the LEAST attended to among the aftermarket parts suppliers of all the quads made today. I had to invent my own power upgrades rather than look at the A-M.

You might have some luck going to the Suzuki shop and seeing if the Z400 has the same DIA. crank at the piston rod. Or even if not, you might be able to use the Z400 piston in a bored-out Eiger jug if you had the Eiger's crank modified or the Z400 crank modified to work in the Eiger. Personally, I'd call around to the used ATV parts places and get a used engine.

your best bet for more power would be to look at highlifter...i donno if they have they're kits for the eiger, but i know they have a kit that includes piston, cam, jets, and all the goodies
