Is their an adjustment for the 4wd cable on the Eiger? The problem I am having with mine is it seems to not want to disengage all the time, or it will disengage when I start driving again with a clunking sound. Thinking the cable might not be fully disengaging the system.

There is also an adjustment ubout 6" under the lever. Just jack up the front wheels and spin them while moving the lever. I have an 02 and have had to adjust it twice.

Thanks guys, found it under the speedo housing. That fixed the problem. Thanks again. You think they would mention that in the owners manual.
