ok now that i have your attention how many people would be interested in a manual tranny king quad, and im not talking about the old 280 cc one. And anyone have any idea how to get a hold of suzuki just to give them ideas? come on let me know.

 

I second that, it could be the second most bullet proof machine ever(behind the old kqs). That would have swung me to buy a king over the vinson.

 

I buy 1 in a sec come on suzuki build a manual big bore.

give me some better handling caracteristics and a 5 or 6speed tranny and I will buy it now!

 

Hell, I dont even really like the KQ but with a 5 or 6 speed auto clutch it'd be the next bike in my garage.

 

I heard a few months ago that they are coming out with a 5 speed 500 cc version of the King Quad.

Don't know if it will be built from ground up or be based on a Vinson with independant suspension and a locker.

 

hey, i have worked in the motorsports industry up here in minnesota for about 8 years and have talked to the reps and the R&D guys, and they have been tight lipped about anything like that.....but with the new unveiling of the polaris outlaw 500, i would be willing to bet they would use their 650 cc v-twin engine that is used in their sv-650 street bike, that is also fuel injected and has a 5 speed manual. I AM NOT SAYING THAT THEY ARE MAKING THIS! But logic would tell me that would be an easy answer to polaris's new machine.

 

if they had 5 or 6 speed trans i would have bought the king over the vinson
