Default lt230 keeps falling on its face

need a little help. what i got is an lt 230s. manufactures date is 10-86 sometimes it runs fine for 20 or 30 min then it just starts to buck while your ridding it in every gear and in neutral. Sometimes it will do it as soon as you start it. installed a new spark plug but that didnt work took carb off cleaned it still no good checked intake manifold boot for cracks it was fine. thanks
