well, this project is comin along nice. i got the front and rear mounts all made tonight, and its tracking pretty good. so i got the top and bottom mounts to go, dont really need em but gunna do em anyways. the only thing thats gunna be a b***** on this thing is finding a place to mount the radiator kuz the pipe gets in the way...
and if you want the motor and everything else, the crank is seized....

Hate to rain on your parade, but that dirtbike motor is not counterbalanced and will vibrate the fillings out of your teeth in a quad frame. These types of swaps are known for snapping motor mounts. Making rubber mounts will help. Tryin to keep the front end of that Sport on the ground is gonna be another problem.

Stretch that swingarm about 4 inches. That should keep the front end planted. I had a cr250r motor in an 87 trx one time. At high RPM's every thing gets blurrrrrrry.

Bubba199 may be on to something here. The 230 engine is not a smooth running engine either. I have to put locktite on a few screws that hold the plastic on to keep from loseing them.

Take it out and ride it hard for a day, and see what you think then.
