Vegas, I am not positive, but the spring on the kicker shaft just doesn't look right to me.....

Well,,, time to play in the poison oak again. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] Anyone here allergic? Remember the mythbusters show about the poison oak cures myth??? They couldn't find anyone allergic... I say make them come over here n pull poison oak n ivy (whatever) from my blueberries all day.... Then we'll see! [img]i/expressions/devil.gif[/img]

It should.... You may have to modify some backets.... Not sure. The 250 has a longer swingarm pivot bolt. That means the frame is wider or something, right? Plus, I think the 250 has a longer rod +4mm. That may mean the jug is a bit taller. Again, not sure.... But shouldn't be too hard to engineer around it. I know the cam chain is longer on the 250, so....
The 250 also has a different exhaust manifold. The exhaust comes straight out on the 250 instead of at an angle like the 230. You will need the 250 exhaust and probably would have to find a new way to mount it to the 230 frame.
I would want the 250S frame if you can get one. The a-arms are longer and the shocks a lot nicer. Should be able to get the arms in the 230 frame too though,,, if keeping the 230 plastic is the goal. Also, the back shock on the 250 has an external ressy. The swingarm could even be a bit longer too, not sure, but for some reason Im thinking the wheelbase on the 250 is longer than the 230.
