i just got me another 230 and its ALOT nicer than the one i have now has a seized rod but i have the kit already 250.00 YEEHAW looks like im gonna try a 270 cc bigbore

Gotta go pick it up on sat mornin dont know what im goin to do use mine for parts or have two ? Mine thinkin rod bearing goin or main bearings ?????? always made noise so redid and its doin it still .... seems ya can move crank side to side (by moving mag) in the motor and when i put mains in they slid easy......so maybe that it ?????? unsure but dont want to have nothing to ride so.........noise dosent bother me too much and it runs REAL GOOD !!!!!!!!!!! just smokes a lil on startup but im overoiling the top end and use a premix of 100.1 of castor 927 its just my rear shock sucks too and ????????unsure what to do oh well i can go ride whenever i want cause my bike allways starts on second kick if not first

whew, just dodged a bullet! i heard the head pipe on the suzuki leaking so i looked at it and revved it up and found out not only it but it was leaking out of the metal compression gasket on the jug! i tightened down the head bolts and it doesnt do it anymore. if it would have gone any longer it may have blown the gasket. and i wanted to ask, what octane gas do you guys run? im running 89 because getting higher octane is about a 20 minute drive. should i use 92? it does have 10.25:1 compression.

 

i use 93 in mine and no problems

 

Probably a long shot but does anyone have a spare bolt for the lower rear motor mount? Its 10x315mm with a couple of spacers.

 

Goki Electric Start Kit . has anyone ever installed one and if so do you have to pull the flyweel of ? any other info would be helpful.








just rebult my head, new valve seals now just waiting for the piston to come in. pics # 6 has a question on it please help
