what kind of riding do you do? We are usally riding the Sierra Nevada's, start around 2000 feet, go as high as 8500 feet and everything in between. Fire roads at high speed, old miners trails, very technical single tracks, creek and river crossings......... I don't think a twister will work for me, 50 plus MPH, full sideways slide, dropping into a canyon single track, 8200 feet to 1000 feet elevation in under 3 miles, GOOGLE Downieville, CA (famous mountain bike trail)

I am begining to enjoy the thumb throttle, cause when the **** hits in the turns, throttle is almost automaticly released. SOOOOOOOOOO, different on a 2 wheeler...

I dunno, maybe I am just scared. I have to much to lose now.. Maybe my Ballzzz are finally shrinking, and my brain is growing, but I highly doubt it...

Did I mention my "new" ATC??? Yes I just jumped it about 12ft high, 35 ft long after work today....

My ballzzz are still HUGE, and my brain is at its smallest ever, Oh well, been a long time since I have visited my friends at the emergency room, they probably miss me.

[ I agree. The twister does have a MUCH faster responce time than the stock thumer. I didnt like the stocker either, so I found a better stock thumb throttle.
I grew up on ATV's and have always used the thumb for my go pedel. I guess I just have a bad case of R.T.C. "Resistance To Change"[/quote]

Better thumber?? What kind, where do I buy it???

Im in the valley in PA. Ive ridden a couple times with my friends in calendonia and sand quarreys, but i also do wide open fields racing cars (beating them of course). theres a single laned technical track where i spend most of my time though. it involves long steep turns to short jumps to stepping down 3 sets of jaggy rocks. it also has a few short hill climbs which i rolled my wheeler on, but thats a different story.

Keep it up P.G. When you wipe out, the misses can sale me the parts of the trike you didnt destroy. I still need that left center case ya know. She might even make enough off the insurence to start that youth organization. "Stay in School, buy a house and dont waste your money on old quads" can be her slogan.

Thats great glass half full thinking if you ask me.

I had a buddy of mine that owned a Yamaha 78ish TT500. He could walk it till you got tired of watching. It was a tourq monster though.
