Alright, we've got spark, fuel, lots of compression, and we went over the wiring a little and everything seems to be in line. It kicks super nicely. What do you think should be our next plan of attack? It just seems like it wants to go but it just won't pop. It seemed like the kill switch was off or something but we pulled that apart and everything seemed ok, kind of hard to tell though.
Any recommendations?

next thing that i recommend is that you send me the fenders and exhaust all for free ,haha dream on right?

haha, yeah. Unfortunately you'll have to keep dreaming! Hopefully we can figure it out tomorrow. I think its something as simple as a crossed wire or a bad plug. The light comes on when I'm kicking it, so that's a good sign, electrically.
Where's Randy when you need him??

Yeah, the carb is pristine, the guy just rebuilt it. How hard is is to check timing and valve lash?</end quote></div>
i'm not a lot of help here. it's a lot of steps involving removing the left motor cover and pulling the head cover, etc. fortunately i haven't had to go there....yet. you would prolly want a manual in front of you to step you thru the process
