Nope, just a plain jane POS 5 speed with a tall first gear. The bayou is good for nothing. Its just cheap is all. I think you can buy a new one for $2000.

Single a-arms, so the wheels go all over the place on bumps. Shaft drive so no gear changing for more torque. 215cc and 400lbs.

i think this is what he is selling. for some reason, suzuki called it a 4x6, and yes it is 2wd.
Oh ok, 4 wheels and 6 gears (5 plus reverse).

I have had this quad for 4 years, no major issues with it, it is a great quad, always runs. last few times i have took it out, i will drive it for a little bit, and sometimes it seems to have no power, only for a bit, then it will kick in and speed away, it does this once in a while, i cant think of whats wrong besides spark plug or air filter, please give me some input thanks!

drop your carb bowl and check for sediment in the bowl.

Spededdy, I don't think it will be a clutch problem, like I suggested in your other thread, if the motor seems funny while its happening.

That's weird that its intermittent though.

if its running fine for awhile then it "acts up" it makes me think it might be the coil, stator, or plug...something that heats up and separates. i think if it was the plug it wouldnt stop until it cooled down... if it was air i think it would do it all the time.

malholmbe might be on the right path tho also. i would check the bowl first its the easiest!!!

got my piston and cylinder back from the machine shop (friday). haven't had time to mess too much. picked up another project (dirt bike old ktm 125). having a hard time locating parts for it. thought ktm was a very popular bike, but no one makes any parts for it anymore. cleaned up the cylinder and set the ring gaps. replaced valve seals and cleaned ports out. put everything together except cam. keep getting bothered, either kids or phone. oh well. supposed to go back to work next week, so won't be able to ride anyways. gonna blast the exhaust tomorrow and paint it. took the carb apart too. have it soaking and will super clean it in the morning and reassemble.

Hey Malhombre you going to put up some new pics of your wheeler anytime soon?? I'm curious to see what your LED light looks like in a little higher resolution! In the galleries you can post up to 1024x768 now.

You have a nice collection of toys there man! How do you like your Vinson? Everyone that has one on here really seems to like it quite a bit.

What size AC is that?
