Hi everyone, I have a 1986 Lt230s Suzuki Quadsport and I need help hooking up my throttle linkage. The motor was not installed in the bike when I purchased it so I'm not sure how to connect the throttle cable. It has a needle like thing that pionts down in the hole but I'm not sure what to do with the throttle cable it self. Someone PLEASE help me [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

That's A hard one to answer. There are so many different type's. Unless you are able to get ahold of A repair manual for that exact bike I think everyone would be just guessing. If I can remember I will try to bring in my manual and scan it to pdf and I can Email it to you tomorrow? Other wise I can try to look at my 87 and describe it to you. Do youhave it hooked tot he thumb throttle and nee to know how to hook it to the needle? Can you describe what you are looking for in more detail?
