Hey guys, my z400 is running pretty bad.Like when you start it it will idle fine but once you give it throttle it will die.No it is not the parking brake limiter, i checked that once it started.It is not the reverse limiter either.Please help...

Sounds like a clogged pilot jet. Will it rev out if you can get it off of idle?

No it wont even rev out, we had to spray starting fluid into the carb to get it to run.So my guess is a clogged jet.We will be taking the carb off here soon and giving it a whole cleandown.

Is there any mods? Air box lid removed? May just be lean in the cold weather.

it happened to me once and it would idle fine but no power
