Default CARB????ON VINSON

I was putting my jett kit in and when I started to adjust the air mixture screw there is a cap over it. I looked at a carb parts list and it said it was a cap over the screw for (calf) models. What would be the best way to get it out? Only way that I see is to drill it out. Anyone else know another way?

It should be very thin, so just barely get a small drill thru it, be careful to not go so deep as to hit the mixture screw. Then screw a sheet metal screw or wood screw into that hole, and use a pair of pliers to wiggle the screw and cover off.

That's basically pretty much how the Suzuki Manual says to do it.

I was wondering if the settups that they offer are pretty much on the money?

Well I just fixed it. No problem the plug came out before the bit even went through. OK the kit is and my pipe hasnt come in yet. I started it up and its not perfect yet but no pipe yet either. I rode it out of the building and hit the throttle and power is there. I think I am going to enjoy this.
