hi
i have a 92' lt250r and i bought it without an airbox cover.is it true running no airbox cover gives you more power?my quad was raced and im not sure if thats why it dosent have one.

true! it gives ur engine more air so it can breathe! lol

Welcome to the forums,

if it were me i would get one of these badboys Here

i wouldnt remove the airbox lid if i was riding near mud and water, not worth the risk.

It will probably make it lean until you rejet, then comes the power.

cbf2 is correct . no lid more air . the more air the richer it needs to be or it wont make any more power . just lean out . so if it was off when you got it .. they probably did rejet . but make sure .
