i only have 60 miles on my bike great bike but i have a problem.the bike wont start when the engine is cool .i try with the choke all the way open ,halfway,or closed and still wont start.but when i pull the rope only ,it starts right up. is there anything i can adjust its practically brand new should start right up on 1st or second try i would think?

 

This is almost always a low battery. Charge the battery up, and if that doesnt fix it, then have the battery load tested.
Whats happening, is the voltage drops too far while cranking, and theres not a high enough voltage left, to fire the cdi.
You could watch the voltage, if you have a voltmeter, while cranking, and youd probably see it drop below 10 volts.
