Are you sure it was low end oil? If so, do you have any more in the motor? for good measure, I'd check for cracks on the case and/or change the gasket. Better then having to split the cases....

Yup, somehow you got water/moisture in your low end... I'd drain it completely, take off the cover, inspect for cracks etc, and clean out all the grey crap... it'll only keep building up... You may have either a cracked case inwhich some JBWeld would be a quick fix or a bad gasket.. which will need to be changed anyways as soon as you remove the cover...

Hope it works out for you....

Grey low end oil is never good.

Default PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had that happen last year with my RM125 last year and it cost me a whole new cyl head. My son had heated the motor up so bad that the water ports had warped and the coolant went into the cylinder though, not the low end.

I was told never to use that Bars stop leak stuff they sell for cars in an ATV motor since the ports are way smaller then in a car.

I hate to say it but you've got to get your hands dirty....

Two strokes are easy, just work slow and dont force anything. If bolts get stuck get some help, much easier if you dont break any coming out.
