how long a drag?

in 300 feet a piped Z and maybe a stock one could take a raptor. after the Z tops out the raptor will start to real it in. I ride with both and drag them regularly. the trick for our ground conditions seems to be launching both of those quads in second gear.

In a drag race on sand especially uphill the raptor makes the z look stupid. I own both.

o really long drags like on the street or something i might take theire raptors off the line {we also start in second} but as they top out they always pass me. The and drag that we did was about 300feet at the badlands. Any longer then that and the raptors would easily pass me.

from my experience of watchin my 2 friends race there z4 and 660r, the raptor pulls away off the line and through all the gears with ease on pavement....

The way my KFX is setup will spank stock Rappy's with only sand tires all day long in sand drags.
I also draged two Rappy's with the same mods as me but they also sported extended swing arms.
I had the sand/snow grip tread and they had the full blown sand paddels. The drag was pretty long
don't know the exact dinstance but I would always get them by a bike lenght sometimes a half a bike lenght
depending on how good or starts were. Now if we kept draging past the finish marker they would start gaining on me and eventualy pass me.
I draged a Rappy with a big bore kit and he spanked my KFX by a couple bike lenghts every time.
