boring out a cylinder

Default boring out a cylinder

is there a limit when u are boring a cylinder or can u go to the biggest size at once? i want to bore my 230 to a 250 is this possible?

You can take it to the max the first time around but you have ruined your chances of any more rebuilds on that cylinder without using a sleeve.
I can't answer question 2.

you should be able to go to a 250cc with no problems
its only around a 2mm that they bore if im thinking correctly

GO TO WISECO .COM AND SEE IF THEY MAKE APISTON THAT BIG AND THEN HAVE YOUR FINAL BORE TO THE PISTON . I WILL DO IT FOR $40 PLUS SHIPPING COSTS
