so just spray some penetrating oil inside the end of the muffler and let it soak. i am going to order a couple of jets from my dealer. so which jets do u think i should start with?

Yes, spray it on the two parts that the bolt held together, I don't know your elevation, you might get a new spark plug and do a plug chop to see where to start (run the machine to top speed and then shut it down and coast back into your workshop) if the plug is white, I'd go with a 127.5

as far as the clutch kit for the manual I am talking to a couple of companies right now and they are telling me there is one in the works but there is no ETA of when it will be out. The jetting there is a big ride next weekend in TN at windrock atv park there will be a great group of guys there from Preformance Motorsports witha Dyno machine they will be able to dail that Eiger in perfectly for you.

Get the HMF!!! Utility series. You WON't be disappointed. It makes GREAT power on my Vinson. Ofcourse I have a Dyno-Jet kit installed and a Moose air fliter (stock air box). This setup has put A LOT of improvement in the low end. I can now run beside/slightly in front of an 05' STOCK King Quad from 0-45mph! I have the quiet core for it, but I don't use it. I'm just running the sparky in the HMF (straight thru is a little too loud) It sounds MEAN, especially just idling. If you put this pipe on, you will need to re-jet. WELL worth the money! And yes, clutch kits are for AUTO atvs. My Vinson is auto, and I was considering one till I saw the above mentioned results. I am very pleased as it is. Leaning more towards better tires now instead.

well. i tried to take the screw out but no luck yet went and go some allen head sockets. soaked the bolt in pb blaster still no luck rounded inside of bolt off. that sucks. well here is my next brite idea. ill drill the bolt out well got just about all the way threw and battery went dead on my drill so have to wait till morning to try again. i got another question. was listening to my atv running today and it hesitates when i push the throttle is this lean or rich is it going to get better or worse with just taking the baffle out with not changing any jets. thanks

hell yeah. finally got it out. well i ended up having to drill the bolt out. then hooked it to my truck and pulled it out. its not that loud. it seems to run better it revs faster and no hesitation at all.

Yes it does it sounds alot better. its not as loud as i thought it would be. its just about rite.
it seems to have helped my bottom end and hurt the top end. not by much. it mite have slowed me down 2mph. when i run it at high rpms for a while when i let off it back fires real loud and shoots a flame out is this allright or not? just does it when ran wide open.
thanks again for all yalls help.
