hello we just bought an 03'z400 for $1500. however we have had lots of problems with the wiring. lot of broken wires. is this normal on these machines? plus the plastic is only held on by 4 bolts throughout the whole machine. with the mods listed below is it still worth $1500

 

sounds like who ever had the quad before you beat it up. wires and plastic can be repaired
I think you got a good deal as long as it runs

 

yea sounds liek a good deal.you can get all new plastics for like 400.and wireing idk how much that cost but shouldint be all that much
