Default Quadzilla trouble

I own a 1990 suzuki Lt500, and purchased a pair of DG nerf bars for it. I believe those are the only ones that are made for this machine. Anyway, upon recieving them they will not mount up right. I am pretty damn sure the the mount bolts or pegs did not change form 87 to 90. Before I send these bars back did any of you have this problem?

The bars should be the same. You do realise that one side is bigger than the other? How or what isn't mounting up right?

well i can only get one side to mount up flush with the side of the 4 wheeler. Only one side at a time, I could get the right side but then the left does not fit. its like one side always sticks about 6 inches out.

I have DG's also. I just looked and of course they mount to the outside of the underneath side of the footpeg and right in front of where thmotor mounts. I didn't put them on so i'm not sure of the hardwear your dealing with but the front sticks on the tube going through and I'm really not sure whats lacking for you... let me know..
