suzuki 230 quadsport 1985-86????

Default suzuki 230 quadsport 1985-86????

i was recently given this fourwheeler from my grandpa, but it was all in parts. i put it together to the best of my ability, but i dont know where any of the gas lines go, or ne of the lines newhere. If anybody could tell me what i can do, or if nebody has any pictures you could share me it would be GREATLY appreciated...

As for the wiring connections you might want to pick up a service manual so you can follow the diagram. As for the gas line there should only be 1 line, that goes from the tank to the carb. Unless you mean breather lines off the carb ? Those you can pretty much stash anywhere as long as they aren't against your exhaust. I took mine off. They just really seem to get in the way when ever I try to work on the carb or need to remove the carb. If you take them off you won't even miss them ( except it will be alot easier to work on). hope this helps if not then I'll try again. I am not really clear on what you mean " gas lines ".

i dont know where ne of the tubing goes, u the rubber tubing stuff that comes out of the gas tank, air box, carb, rear axle, etc...

If you mean the hose that comes out of the gas cap it just goes into the hole under the handle bar mount. If you look it should be right under the pad on your handle bars. It just slides down in there. As for any tubing on the rear axle the only tubing I can think of would be a air vent for drum brakes. The 230S doesn't have drum brakes they use disk brakes. Are you sure you don't have a 230E ?
