Hi i just bought a 02 suzuki ozark in parts. I just rebuilt the engine and got it running for last weekend but it seemed to rev real low is there something wrong or do these just have a low limiter. I also need a front bumper does anyone have any receomendation to find one besides ebay and the suzuki dealer.

Good choice getting the ozark I love mine um it doesn't seem to idle too high but can't really tell you without hearing it for myself but if you feel like it is idling too high adjust the idle screw on the carb. As for the bumper I have no clue where to find one besides ebay or the dealer. I also have a procirctuit slip on on mine which makes it a little louder.

 

it idles fine it just seems the hit a rev limiter real low, and i was wondering if it may not be a rev limiter at all im hitting cause it feels like a missfire. Do these come with a electronicaly controlled ignition advance?

 

to my knowledge all the ozark has is a cdi and a rectifier which the cdi will allow it to rev at lower rpms but thats what stock is.
