Took my vinson to an atv drag race!
I was mistaken, it is the interstate fair in Mineral Wells. He said he was going on the 17th for the mud run then the 18th for the drag races, that sound right? Not sure which one I'll go to yet, I have to work so I'll probably only go to one of them. Hope to see ya there.

Hey everyone! I entered my 04 vinson in a atv drag race over the weekend for fun. There were only two utility classes. I ran in the stock utility with pipe mod class. I was the smallest quad in there! My first race was against a new honda rincon 680 I knew they werent real fast I really beat him bad! My next race was against a brute force 750, I took him right off the line but he beat me by about a length and a half. My last race was against a new outlander 800 (really fair) he was already at the end when I was only half track! Oh well, I had a lot of fun and everyone couldn't believe how fast the 800 was. He actually outran a few highly modified banshees! My vinson is a 5 speed with a dynojet kit, hmf pipe and twin air filter. I also was running with my mudlite at's . we were running 200 ft and were using a pro light.

The races at the west virginia interstate fair in mineral wells is on 2 nights. They divided up the classes. On Tuesday night, July 18--it is youth, powder puff, stock utility, sport utility, 0-360 4-stroke, 0-416 4-stroke. Then on Fir. the 21--it is 0-500 4-stroke, 0-800 4-stroke, 0-800 4-stroke single or twin cylinder, 0-360 2-stroke, 0-300 2-stroke, 0-500 4-stroke or 2-stroke, 0-750 open, and 0-1500 open.
We races at the Mariettta fairgrounds a couple of weeks ago. I have a list of all the fairs that are racing drag races around here in the next 2 months if you would like it. We also have go to drag races in fairplain, wv alot if you would like to know about them.

yes thanks for giving out the info. Belpre huh? I just live in barlow so I'm only a few min. away. YEah I'm going to go over tonight for the mud bogs and to the races tomorrow. Should be a good time.
