11/42 tooth sprockets would make it go slower w/ more accel. And w/ 11/39 it would have a
faster top speed and slower accel.

a good rule to follow is the smaller the front sprocket equals more torque, the smaller the rear more top end speed
here a site that might give you an idea, gearing

your going to come out of the hole good, just start in 2nd. and get ready to shift. i hardly ever use 1st gear anymore. even just riding around . does that cherry bomb give you any extra rpm's??? you are prob. going to need some. its going to rev fast!!!!

i heard its better on the tranny if you play with the rear sprocket. if anyone does alot of trail riding id def. go 3 up in the rear or 1 down in the front. yes you lose alittle on top, but how often do you have your bike maxed out??my .02

yes the cherry bomb gives you quite a bit more rpms before the rev limit hits and helps with power too. i will be glad not to lug down in the races. thats where i am loosing with them twenty inch paddles. Are you going this weekend???? i really want to but we start 7-12's monday at the mill so i don't know i might have to lay out........................lol if you come across another deal on a banshee like you had, you have got to tell me you pirate you...........later.
