I bought a 2004 LTZ400 and having a problem with it that im trying to repair.

When giving it throttle in first gear sometimes the bike will stall. Or when driving and gearing down to first the bike will stall sometimes as well.

any ideas what I should be checking? I already changed the plug to see if that was causing it.

sound like a carb problem, jetting could be off and not getting enough fuel in the system

 

any mods????

 

nope its a stock bike

ill take off the carb and try to clean it up
