when turning hard left our z400 shuts off. i noticed that the killswitch cable gets pulled tight and i think thats the problem. how do i fix this? or anyone have anyother ideas what it could be? thanks

 

check how the cables are routed on the frame, you might have to move them to get the slack you need.
my choke cable was doing that every time I turned hard it would close the choke alittle
and since you changed the bars you need need to get more slack in the cables.

 

that does make sence because when you pull the cable it shuts it off. but it just started after i rolled it a few times.
