I have a suzuki 230 GE with electric start. I tried to start it with the electric start the other day and it did not start. However, there was a clicking sound that was coming from a relay down by the ignition area. Everytime i push the start button, it only clicks. Is there any clue on what the problem may be and how I can go about fixing it. I appreciate any replies in regards to this issue.

hey I would almost bet the battery is weak or the Starting silonid is weak Or last off hand a bad ground or bad cable to hot side!

 

it could be that its only getting a little zap. your wires may need replaced
