Default 06 ltz 250 jet size?

whats up just got a 06 ltz 250 and put a slip on yoshi exhaust replaced stock air filter w/k@n and re- jetted with dyno jet my ? is why would it have me remove stock 125 jet and put there 120 main jet in. does that make any sense. wouldnt i need a bigger jet with those mods? do i have to do anything with the pilot jet? i am 3 gooves on the needle like it says. just not sure that i am getting all of the power i should. it runs pretty strong up till full throttle in all gears cant tell if it dies off because the rev box or if it starving for fuel. any help would be greatly appriciated. kind of new too all this thanks

ok leave the jet that u put and leave everything i think its right but take off ur air box lid the stock airbox lid restricts is ALOT and it needs 2 breathe so just take off the airbox lid and buy a outerware for the filter and it should run right because the same thing happened 2 me but i took off my lid and it runs alot better.
