i have the same machine as u and was wondering if u only had to run that one snorkel from the air box?? cuz everyone keeps tellin me u have to run 3
one off the air box and some from some other places, i did read another forum sayign u have to run them off the trannys breather do u know anything about this?? cuz i know on this machine on both trannys there is a black plastic thing that is attached to tubes that look like could be breathers but im lost and where i live iv asked everyone and they look at me like im a idiot lol

 

I will tell you what I believe is true, if I am wrong someone please let me know as I am thinking about snorkling my Eiger also.

You have to snorkle the air box and on the Eiger there is an air tube for the carb that you need to snorkle also.

This is the part I am not sure about.

If you have a manual transmition I think that is it.

If you have an automatic you need to snorkle the clutch exhaust.

I know some people also snorkle the exhaust, but not everyone from the posts I have read.

Anyone who can confirm or correct me, please do.

 

i have my eiger fully snorkeled and there is only one pvc snorkel and that is for the airbox if you have a manual. If you have an auto you will need more because of the belt vent and the tranny breather. Also there are vent lines for the fuel tank, rear brakes, and carb. those you can run with clear tubing and some couplers form home depot.

 

i have snorkel my eiger (its manuel) and when i go in the water it dies.. but there is no water in the airbox.. i think its the vent liones on the carb but i dont know where they are.. if anybody can tell me where they are please.. thanks

Told you only have to snorkel the air box
And the tranny breather hose and the person that
ThYself all they did and they have had no problems
