exhaust problem??...help

Default exhaust problem??...help

hey guys i jsut got my rossier on yesterday, when i crank it up and let it idle for a bit to warm up, my headpipe really starts glowing, lik hot, is it suppose to do that, b/c stock pipe never did that..??...and my bud rode it up the rode one time, and when it s was backin off goin down the hill i seen a blue spark come out the exhaust, is that ok, were i ahvent got it jetted yet, ??....i was really worried,,,,anyone, plz help!!...thanks

What's the pressure like out of the tail? Does it seem like there could be a blockage?

no, the tail pressure seems good to me, wat do u mean a blockage, ??..lik somtin stoppin it up...anymore help will eb fine..really worried

Sounds like the idle circuit is too lean. Did a bigger pilot jet get installed yet? Have you tried going richer on the mixture screw?
It should improve by pulling on the choke...this would confirm a too lean condition.

I had same problem when i put my pipe on & K&N. rejetin should fix your problem, GL with it

Yeah, i am takin it tommor to the local shop for all the jetting work, there goin to dnyonjet it and stuff, get the best performance out of it,....so that should fix the problem, after its jetted??....
