I quit riding the CR500 as my main ride about 2.5 years ago. My right knee couldnt take the abuse of starting it anymore. And its much more tiring to ride in the woods at 46 than it was when I got it when I was 25. Its still my main ride in the sand.

is 32 had a banshee, which when modded to the gills was very unreliable for me an $$$$ to keep rebuilding. Also had a kdx 220 w a pro circuit pipe and a 400 polaris trailblazer that goes like a scalded ape lit on fire w napalm.Like Qiker said there is nothing like the rip of a 2 smoke. It burns ma butt to no end that we have to be dictated on what we can buy by the epa, kyoto treaty etc.If I want a 2 stroke why the hell is it not available to me,is my Money no good for 1.I think im gonna try to buy a gas gas 300 if I can find 1,but I dont know about the parts avalibility.Well anyways Happy holidays to all an keep it rippin in the new year

I am 30 and I have both 2 and 4 stroke. To be honest, I love both. Although I think I favor my 2 stroke for the power difference.

Ha!,
Lessee..........I'm in my forties and have the following 2-smoker quads.
A couple of LT250Rs,an RM250 and the following "heavy hitters".
1: 80 plus HP LT250/500 hybrid "Ol' Reliable" duner
2: 120ish HP LT250/650 "Frankenzilla" hillshooter
3: 130ish HP LT500/RG500 Dirt Wheels cover bike "Gammazilla" duner/hillshooter.
4: And my newest aquisition/project.....still in boxes and under re-construction as we speak THE 800CC/alky/NOS/King of the Hill/TZ750 Banshee "TZunami" (Yup, that's right.......I found it after a 5 or 6 year looking and it's now mine......at least what's left of it.)
Pretty much all of these are serious "death machines"............
You should see the looks on some of my son's buddies faces when they are all "smack talking" how fast their "450s" are and he takes them in the garage......
They look at each other........."WTF are those things?????"
He smiles as he knows they will all be his one day...

45 here and rode an 87 LT250R for about 13 years, then the YFZ came out and I made the conversion and never looked back.
Still have a hopped up Blaster for one of the kids though.

i may only be 15 but i love my LT250R! Ive ridden alot of 4 strokes but i think theres nothing like holding onto your handlebars tight when you hit that powerband!
