Default Handlebar risers for the 700 KingQuad

I would like to raise the handlebars on my KQ but not sure how far I can do this due to cable length. I have looked at the Powermadd ROX Signature Series Pivot Risers. They come in 2", 3.5" and 5" risers. Has anyone used these? If so, how high can I go? Has anyone used any other ones and what are your thoughts on this. I am pretty tall and like to stand when riding rough stuff. I end up leaning way over and am off ballance. If I remember, I bend my knees quite a bit, but that gets uncomfortable for an old man like me! Any help and advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.

Has no one on here raised their handlebars on the King Quad? Has anyone changed the brake cable to know how much extra there is to play with?
