Default winch installation help

I got a new milemarker pe2000 winch to put on my 06 vinson.I can't understand the installation instructions regarding the wiring. It tells me to hook the remote cables to the 12 volt battery fuse box terminal strap on the vehicle.I t says the circuit fuse must be 70 amps.I can't find any such thing and no wiring diagrams to show me .I sure could use some help on this.thanks

just read their instructions. they do suk don't they. is seems they are not using a contactor and are running straight thru the control pendant. how many wires are coming out of the control.

looks like step 4 and step 6 are the same. should be 2 red and 2 black out of the controler. one set unmarked and one set marked battery. unmarked would go to winch and set marked battery would go to battery. on the warn eiger i run directly to battrey terminals, no fuse(all my winches, atv or truck, are direct to batt. grunt or burn).
