Ozark in need of help!

Default Ozark in need of help!
My winch shorted out and now the electricstart won't work. It will pull start and run .Is there a fuse or something else to look for? The winch is completely unhooked now.

Fuse blew when I tried to use the winch to raise my snowplow.First time in the 5 years I've owned it.
