Bought this atv new back in the year 2000. It has been running great....until..... the last oil change. I always paid to have the shop do the oil change, and, thought i would do it and save some money. I used the suzuki 10w40 oil that the dealer said use.

the atv has only 800 miles on it, and ran great till i did this oil change. every since the oil change, the clutch has been sliiping. How could just doing a simple oil change cause this?

Can anyone help..???

Thanks in advance !!

Better check what type of oil that you used. I think the clutches for that ATV run in oil. If you used a synethic or some other snake oil product, it could be causing it to slip.
