What do you think would win in a race a stock 2002 honda 250ex or an 88 suzuki lt230s with a cobra exhaust?

I'm not sure what sprocket sizes your runnin' I'm running 13 front and 39 rear ( if I remember correctly ), but if you change them to something close to that the 230 should. I have the DG RCM as you can see in my pics and run with the 300EX's ( that are also piped with the DG RCM ) all day long, and smile knowing I saved so much $$$$$$. So to answer your question I would say "yes" the 230 over the 250, considering I see it run with the 300's all the time.

Well I have always thought it out like this. The 230 is a 4 stroke and the Blaster is a 2 stroke, since the 2 stroke in this case is a 200, you would need ( rough estimate ) a 400 4 stroke to run with it.

no a 230 cannot run with a blaster, unless you are trial ridding but a straight drag the blater is the winner

230 will beat a 250ex pretty easily...and on bad rings i beat a blaster in a straight line..the kid had more time on his than i had on the suzuki at the time..so it wasnt the riders...i stopped at the end of 4th gear and i was about 3 lengths ahead of him but if i had kept going it would of been worse..and the top speeds were exactly the same we ran down a road maxed out dead even

first of all...these arent drag bikes here! i had a 86 lt230s,i built it up with a cam, higher compression piston, roost boost (lol),open box,and geared down. it climbed some hills if you could keep the front end down!very powerfull for what it was,an entry level quad with mods.the 250ex will be done, the blaster i feel stock for stock will beat a sport in a straight drag.the front wheels were off the ground about 1/2 of the time . BACK IN THE DAY

I had an lt 230e and it was a pretty quick unit for what it was. My freind had a blaster with a few mods like pipe and jetted. He would always beat me in a race but not by a whole lot. I think if he was stock it would be pretty close. I did run about dead nuts with a pair of 300exs so i dont think a 250ex would be a problem.
