I am looking for a service manual for a 2004 Suzuki LT160. Just recently bought one for my son and need to find some info on brake adjustments, etc.

Try this link. I just got one for my Eiger last week. Scroll down and on the side he list all the manuals he carrys. Its a copy but its the same as a real one and half the price. I was very happy with it. I split the price with a coworker that has the same ATV and made a copy for him. It cost 38$ and only took three days to get it.
