Default Eiger valve clearance

I just need to know what the valve clearances are for a '06 eiger. I also have seen some threads on jetting but it looks like there all for rejetting the main and I was wondering if anyone has changed there pilot. It has a 38 and I was going to go one size bigger but I wanted to see if anyone else has changed there's. I haven't read completely through the other threads so sorry if I'm asking questions that have already been asked, but any info would help.

Valve Clearance (when cold)
IN: 0.05-0.10 mm (0.002-0.004 in)
ex: 0.22-0.27 mm (0.009-0.011 in)

this come from the shop manual

I only rejeted the main and only bought main jets not a kit. If I had bought a kit I would of rejeted the Pilot. I would think if you rejeted the main and the pilot there would be no problem. If only rejeting the pilot larger you would have the jet turned out very little. (I would think)
