How Do You Jet A carb. for a z400????

Hi i am currently getting a new end cap for my exaust wich increases sound and performance and it says to jet my carb if i get this, any one know how hard this is and how to do it ???? is it worth doing??????? all replies will be appreciatted!!!!!!!!!! thanks -Mark_

take your air box lid off too or atleast the snorkle. The new cap will give you hardly any noticeable gains, it might sound better so you think your going faster lol

if your keeping the stock pipe and replacing the end cap and removing the air box lid ,a 142.5 small round should work fine
it would be a good idea to get a adjustable needle DJ is one of the most popular ones out there . the 4th clip space is were most have them set at
some day when you replace the whole pipe then you will have to rejet a lot bigger
