Default Identification help

Hi all, just bought a basket case quad and dont know exactly what it is. It's an old Suzuki 4x4. Independent front and rear suspension. With three selector levers on the front. Cant find the serial number on the motor or the frame. Only found this stamped on the motor 246cm. Anyone know where I should look to find the serial #'s ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Quadmaster 250 - a slightly smaller version of the old King Quad. 2wd & 4wd, Hi, Lo and SuperLo ranges, dif lock. If you look, you'll see that the front wheels are 1" smaller in diameter than the rears. Good workhorse quad, not too fast and even though it's IRS the limited suspension travel of about 4" puts it in the utility catagory. IIRC, the 250 has a 246cc engine while the King Quad 300 has a 282cc. I think they came out in '90 or '91.
