my buddy bought a 2005 ltz400 that was not working right and is trying to fix it himself. need 2 bits of info to hopefully finish the job.



1 the timing it needs to be set at
and
2 the torque on the bolts for the head

The timing is controlled by the CDI unit. No adjustment is possible

The M10 Head bolts torque at 18 ft. lb initial , and final @ 34 ft. lb and the M6 head bolts torque @ 89 inch pounds
