In my combo I have the web cams, I would say the middle grind. I have an idea and wanted to see if any of you have done this. The specs are:
web cams, intake- 234 degrees @ .050
web cams exhaust- 248 degrees @ .050
stock exhaust cam- 243 degrees @ .050
Now, what if i put the stock exhaust cam on the intake? I talked to web and the told me to put the web exhaust cam on the intake and then buy a bigger exhaust cam. I'm just wondering if that would be too much cam and if I went the other route if it would be better? The combo of cams I would have would be the biggest they offer. This other way would be maybe an inbetween setup? The stock exhaust cam does has about .030 less lift, but more duration. What do you guys think?

 

damn its been a long time since ive been on this form..... if i was u id double check with some diffrent builders and see what they say.. i know there is alot of good and smart people on this forum ... but when it comes to parts inside a motor i want to here from motor builders!!! if web cam say 2 thumbs up id still check with a motor builder !! good luck and let us know what u come up with.i have the hot cam stage two cams.... i could tell a diff but i should have went web...

 

well I decided to just go with bigger web cam on my intake. It is actually the same grind as the exhaust. I'm interested to see how it will run with the same cam on intake and exhaust.

im gonna order it this week....and ill post back on the difference.....cause this is a different combo of cams from what eberyone else runs. i like to experiment....thats how i learn.
